The Company establishes a management system for the protection of personal information, informs its officers and employees of the Company Rules, and works to ensure full compliance.
The Company handles personal information within the scope of the purposes of use clearly indicated to customers. The Company does not disclose or provide personal information received from customers to any third party, except where the customer has given consent or where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
The Company strives to keep personal information accurate and up to date, and works to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, destruction, or damage of personal information. The Company continuously works to improve and correct its information security measures.
The Company responds sincerely and promptly to inquiries and requests from customers regarding the disclosure and handling of their personal information.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
When the Company receives personal information from customers, it clearly indicates the purpose of use in advance and uses the information within the scope of that purpose. - When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer’s consent
- When the handling of personal information is outsourced within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When business succession occurs due to a merger, company split, business transfer, or other similar reason
Notwithstanding the above, if the Company determines that it is appropriate for an affiliated company, agent, or other related party to respond in connection with the provision of services to customers or responses to inquiries, the Company may provide such related party with the customer’s address, name, telephone number, and other necessary information.
In such cases, the customer may request that the Company stop providing their personal information to such affiliated companies or related parties.
